After School Music Program

AIS is pleased to offer its own independent music lessons program outside of the regular school day. Instruction is available for all interested students (grade level and age appropriate) and is offered by qualified, experienced instrumental music instructors.

Students interested in scheduling lessons should contact the appropriate instructor from the list below, if AIS-based lessons are desired. It is strongly recommended that all students who are members of the large ensembles in the secondary school (band,. Orchestra, chorus) take private lesson instruction, and it is required and expected for students in AIS Symphony, US Jazz Band, and MS Symphonic Band.

Lessons begin Tuesday, September 2, 2008, and continue through Friday, December 12, 2008, for fall semester. For spring semester, lessons commence again on Monday, January 5, 2009, running through Friday, May 22, 2009. Lessons fees are arranged directly between student/parent and instructor.
