Swimming starts November 3rd for US and November 5th for MS. Practice will start at 3:45. Coach Sammy and Coach Lo-Piccolo look forward to another competitive season.

Directions From AIS:
Go South on Peachtree Road and turn left on E. Wesley. The Family Life Center is located behind the Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church (which chur in the corner). All dry practices will take place in the AIS Sports Activity Center.
