Campaign Goals
We have launched our $16 million campaign to build the first of two buildings with the Art, Science and Design Center. AIS will soon have a light-filled, environmentally friendly, LEED-designed classroom building that will allow us to continue to further develop and implement our educational advancements within the IB curriculum.
In this new facility, we will have endless opportunities to implement advanced teaching strategies, which will help us to recruit and retain outstanding faculty as well. In well-designed teaching environments, our instructors will thrive, finding professional satisfaction and remaining current in their professions.
Students of all ages throughout the school will benefit. There will be increased recess space; the mobile classrooms will be removed; the athletic field will be upgraded with field turf and the bleachers refurbished; additional space will be given to the cafeteria; and more parking spaces, as well as an additional drop off point, will shorten carpool lines.
In order to meet the fundamental goals identified in our Strategic Plan, we must secure an unprecedented level of capital investment.
