Strategic Plan Update
Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent round of topical focus groups. Attendance at these sessions was good and we appreciate everyone’s time and input. Your feedback is most helpful as we work on crafting our new five-year strategic plan. In the next few weeks, we will distribute a summary of these discussions. In the meantime, you can visit the Strategic Plan on the website to read about progress made on this initiative thus far.
Our next step in the strategic planning process will be to hold a series of Town Hall Meetings this month to discuss the prioritization of future goals. We hope you will participate in this part of the process by joining us for one of the following dates; both meetings will be held in the Auditorium.
