After-School Activities

To help us manage the process of transferring children to and from after-school activities, we have introduced a new procedure. For health and safety reasons, we need to have all children on the school campus accounted for at all times, and we ask for your support in helping us to do so. Here is how the new procedure will work:

• Kaleidoscope will pick up students enrolled in activities immediately after school and provide light snacks and homework time.
• The activity instructors will pick up children from Kaleidoscope and take them to the classrooms in which their activities take place. This convenient service comes at no charge to parents.
• Parents will pick up their children directly from the activity classrooms when the activities end. Children who are not picked up by their parents will be taken back to Kaleidoscope by the activity instructors. Please note that the drop-in rate of $18.00 will apply for these children if they were not signed up in advance for Kaleidoscope following the end of the activity.
